“Dear basiji students,
“I praise you and pray to Almighty God for your success, perseverance, and advancement. The student organizations have exhibited the multidimensionality and vast scope of basijis.
“Being a basiji means using all (one’s) abilities to realize the revolutionary causes of the Islamic government.
“(Being a basiji) means becoming involved in a purposeful and hopeful struggle for excellence.
“When such characteristics are manifested in the form of a student organization, it brings courage, ingenuity, and initiative to the spheres of science, politics, religion and public service.
“The basiji students should assess themselves with these criteria and increase their endeavors to realize these lofty objectives…
“The Islamic system has exhibited its great capacity and capabilities in different areas and has displayed its growth and glory…
“Make this center more glorious everyday. May God help you.”
